Shipping & Operations
When will my order ship?
We don't do that overnight-shipping magic. Real, heavy materials take time to process and move. Expect your order to process in 1-3 days, and hit your doorstep in about 7-14 business days. Worth the wait? Absolutely.
How much does shipping cost?
We cover standard shipping on all orders over $150. For anything under that, it’s calculated at checkout based on the actual weight of the gear. And trust us—this stuff is heavy.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days. If our gear doesn’t instantly anchor your workspace and kill the visual clutter, send it back. We just ask that it’s returned in its original condition. No weird scratches.
How do I start a return?
Shoot an email directly to support@ferricstudios.com. Do not just ship it back blindly to the address on the box—we need to give you the correct warehouse authorization first.
What if my item arrives damaged?
It’s incredibly rare. We pack these things to survive a warzone. But if a carrier somehow manages to dent solid steel or crack the walnut, email us a photo immediately. We’ll replace it. No arguing.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we strictly ship within the US. Moving 10-pound steel and wood structures across the ocean gets messy and violently expensive. But we are working on it.
Can I cancel my order?
If you catch us within 24 hours, yeah, usually. After that, it’s already on the loading dock and entirely out of our hands.
Materials & Build
What kind of wood are you using?
Thick, unyielding solid walnut. No veneers. No cheap particle board covered in a wood-grain sticker. You can feel the actual physical grain when you run your hand across it.
Will the felt pad slide around on my desk?
Not a chance. We use a heavyweight wool blend that grips the wood like a vise. Once you put it down, it stays dead still. No micro-adjusting throughout the day.
Is the metal actually solid?
Cold-rolled steel and forged aluminum. Yeah. It’s solid. You’ll probably laugh when you feel how heavy the box is when it arrives.
How do I clean the felt desk pad?
Vacuum it. If you spill coffee on it, spot-clean it immediately with a damp cloth and a little bit of mild soap. Do not throw it in the washing machine unless you want it to come out looking like a lumpy sweater.
Will your laptop docks scratch my devices?
We aren't amateurs. Every single metal edge that makes contact with your hardware is buffered by dense, non-slip silicone. It clamps tight, but it won't leave a single mark.
